Committee Business Item	Recommendation
1) Incoming officers for each Area, Ready?	.Send Area officers name to Wayne when area officers are ready. Deadline : May/31/2009
2) District Officer training n installation 6/13豐原(Whole day event)	Except Ophelia, Jeffrey and Jonathan could not come, the other officers would attend, but need to confirm with Kathy Shih when she get back to Taiwan..
3). Division D job assignment:
a. Division D Officers training 7/05 host area (First half year)	Area D3 will hold Division D Officers training on July 5th,2009. (Sunday)
b. Division D contest for Evaluation n Humorous speech contest ( Join area contest?)	Area.D5 will hold Division D Evaluation and Humorous speech contest on October 25th,2009. (Sunday)
c. Christmas party	Area D1 will hold Division D Christmas party. on Dec 19 2009.(Saturday)
d. Division D Officers training (2nd half)	Area D2 will hold 2nd half Officers training on Jan 09 2010.(Saturday)
e. Division D contest for Speech contest n Table topic contest	Area D4 will hold Division D Speech contest and Table topics contest on March 28th,2010. (Sunday)
4) Future plan from July 01/ 2009 to Jun/30 2010
A. DCP goals for Division/Area/Club	Area governor hold an area council meeting twice a year . Set goals for the Area and each Club; follow up on progress toward goals
b. Area Gov. visit(Giving speech or training in Club )	Area Governor should visit each club twice a year or more frequently, when visit club , Area Governor should officially inform club president one month earlier(please also copy to Division D Governor) request conduct training or giving speech in the club.
c. Interaction with clubs under your Area	Area governor should develop close relationship with club, contact club president once a month at least , discuss club needs, share news, ideas, and suggestions.
d. Potential new club for each Area	1. Division D must have one new club this term.. 2.When you heard some area is setting new club, the other area should do your best to support, to push new club being created more smoothly and quickly.
e. Strengthen Assist Gov’s function (Help District /Division /Area/Club)	1. Division D Assistant Governor Education & Training job=Contact Area Assistant Governor Education & Training and Club EVP monitor Education progress.. 2. Division D Assistant Governor Marketing job= Contact Area Assistant Governor Marketing and club MVP monitor membership growth.
f. Plans for promoting Toastmasters in South of Taiwan	Grace will ask The world games 2009 Kaohsiung if they need volunteer to do the translation job from July 16th to 26th.
5) 5/24 Spring convention feedback meeting	Hope incoming Division D officers could join the Division D feedback meeting and learn their experience.
